We are looking for someone who can imbibe our purpose, understand our culture, and build our presence across digital media.

You’ll work for the brand Pandora’s Box and its clients to help them choose a mix that brings them closer to their audience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Understand our needs and formulate a strategy for Pandora’s Box.
  • Execute the plan and develop a presence on the channels in the mix – social media, search engine, etc.
  • Oversee the distribution of all marketing collateral and ensure they align with the brand’s story and messaging.
  • Collect insights, share them with decision-makers, and find areas to improve in the future.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to identify and target new market opportunities.
  • Be in charge of enhancing the brand’s image and presence by exploring and working on relevant branding, marketing, and digital areas.

  • A history of growing brands, increasing user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Proven track record for delivering results on large, cross-functional, international projects
  • Mastery in taking a strategy or a campaign from concept to completion.
  • Art of putting the metrics together in a way that helps clients get the gist in a glimpse.
  • Ability to lead teams and bring alignment with cross-functional teams.
  • The talent of surviving and having fun in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of marketing performance, content, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of marketing experience in a startup environment or experience in building brands from scratch. A Degree in Marketing will give you brownie points.
  • Using automation tools, PPT, MS Office, and design software should be a cakewalk for them.
  • Previous experience in marketing and managing programs/products with a customer acquisition/engagement focus.
  • Can break a complex topic into simple bits to attract audiences and influence stakeholders.
  • Good written and verbal communication skill is non-negotiable.
