You’ll work for the brand Pandora’s Box and its clients to fulfil their design needs.
The candidate would be required to:
- Create compelling and holistic creative visual solutions including branding and logos, brochures, infographics, iconography, (interactive) presentations, storyboards, posters, data visualization, web banners, newsletters, marketing and event materials, etc
- Work on multiple projects from creative brief to final deliverable, selecting, developing assets, and executing the final production

- Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends
- Conceptualize, Create and Adapt designs for different and newer digital mediums and social media
- Apply color theory, typography, and design rules to creative aligned to brand guidelines and visually appealing
- Design and produce go-to-market communications for solution marketing, internal and external marketing campaigns
- Provide guidance and leadership on projects to create and implement additional training & development as needed
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years experience with Advanced knowledge of Graphic Design tools like Adobe Creative suite products: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
- Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Animate, and other video editing software packages.
- Diploma/Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related domains.
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in visual design, web design, production, and marketing.
- A strong multi-dimensional portfolio that showcases creative expertise.
- Good aesthetic sense and knowledge of typography, color, and various design styles/trends.
- A keen eye for aesthetics, and details and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
- Proven experience/ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven D2C experience, deep knowledge of the business language, and client-facing experience, with persuasive and dynamic presentation skills.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills are a must.
- Skilled at solving problems under a consultative approach, ensuring adequate communication with stakeholders, and having structured self-organization, teamwork, and communication skills.
